Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime through your platform’s subscription settings:

We provide a deep link from in-app Settings → Subscription so you don’t have to remember the URL.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Soft-deletion is immediate; hard-deletion follows after a 30-day grace period. Backups are purged within 90 days. If you can’t access the app, email us and we’ll do it for you.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Privacy → Export my data. You will receive an email with a structured copy of your account information, urge log, coach conversations, and journal entries.
