Important: this policy applies only to the marketing website. The RespirAIA mobile app (iOS + Android) does not use any cookies.

We don’t set marketing or advertising cookies. We don’t use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any cross-site tracker. There is no cookie banner because there are no choices to make — what you see below is what runs.

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit. Cookies serve various purposes — some are essential for the site to function, others help with security or analytics. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) are treated the same way under this policy.

Analytics — cookieless, no personal data
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics. It does not set cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not fingerprint visitors. We list it here for transparency only — it tracks page views, referrers, and country in aggregate, nothing else.
Marketing — none
We do not run Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or any third-party marketing pixel. If we ever add one, this policy will list it and we’ll require explicit consent before any pixel fires.
4. Mobile app — no cookies
The RespirAIA mobile app does not use cookies. Install attribution from the App Store and Google Play is handled via Apple’s SKAdNetwork and Google Play Install Referrer API — privacy- preserving frameworks that operate at the campaign aggregate level only and do not collect or share user-level data. The App Store privacy nutrition label for RespirAIA reads “Data Not Collected” for tracking categories.
